The setting
A balcony made for the evening
The balcony faces east across the sea. As the sun sets behind the house, the mainland mountains turn gold and then pink, the lights come on along the coast and the moon rises over Epirus. It is the moment most couples plan the whole day around.
Below, the pool and the groves of oranges, lemons and olives give space for a ceremony, drinks, long tables and dancing late into the night.

Exclusive use of the estate for your ceremony and reception, without overnight accommodation.
A two- or three-day celebration
- Day one: welcome drinks or a rehearsal dinner
- Day two: the wedding, with the whole estate to yourselves
- Day three: a long brunch by the pool
Wedding and stay
Take the house for five to seven nights as your private retreat, with the wedding included and up to twelve of you staying on the estate.
A wedding day at San Stefano
- Afternoon Guests arrive up the drive through the olive groves. Drinks under the citrus trees.
- Ceremony Among the orange and lemon trees, or on the balcony above the sea.
- Sunset Photographs as the sky and the sea turn gold and pink and the mountains across the water glow.
- Dinner Long tables by the pool or under the citrus trees, with Corfiot food and local wine.
- Late Dancing by the pool under the stars, and the moon rising over the mainland.
